The Garrison LK-119 call help dialer lets a user initiate a help request through a remote control. Connected to a landline telephone service, it calls preset numbers and plays a recorded message. Listed applications include home care and retail-counter use where access to a nearby telephone may be difficult.
LK-119 supports up to eight preset telephone numbers and is listed with pendant and hand-held remotes. Contacts may use landline or mobile phones. Receiving calls on a mobile phone does not mean the dialer itself has a cellular connection.
Choose contacts who agree to receive calls and know the user’s location. Verify compatibility with the available telephone service, remote coverage and power arrangements. Test the complete call path regularly. Call delivery and attendance depend on service availability and recipients; assistance is not guaranteed.
Tell Garrison the intended setting, telephone connection, remote preference and quantity. Confirm the operating instructions and contact procedure before putting the system into use.
